Our Chocolate ice cream is made from top quality Couverture chocolate which is carefully melted in a Bain Marie before being added to the ice cream mix. Mint Choc Chip and Vanilla flavours are true in colour to the ingredients that make them taste so delicious. No artificial colours or preservatives here.

The quality is maintained when it comes to our sorbet too. The texture is dense and smooth not icy and crunchy.

Our Lemon Sorbet is made using pure organic lemon juice from Sicily. You don't get lemons or juice from anywhere in the world better than Sicilian. Across our sorbet range we guarantee that there is up to 40% pure fruit creating the wonderful taste.

Bespoke flavours of both ice cream and sorbet can be made for wholesale customers.
